Lack Of Professionalism *

A short stop on our tour we were directed to this hotel on the main square of belgern. The hotel is in a good condition (newly renovated), the rooms are big enough, neat and clean. For a secluded room for bicycles is available. The staff made (despite self-confident statements) no professional impression. On complaints concerning the room (hot water was missing) one reacted immediately, but due to the hour wait no 'pain'. Also the hot drinks were for dinner (beer cooling broken) freezing despite complaint. I am quite prepared for good money to pay (as it was to me away, as others seem to successfully with the room, food etc. to act), I expect but not standards Inhaltung a willingness to go the hotels across the street from the guest. This was unfortunately and otherwise nice stay in belgern something betrübt.
