City hotel in an ideal location *

For a city trip to Vienna, this hotel is ideal. It is located in the centre (2 minutes to the Stephan's square) and is very easy to reach by public transport. Car journey is because parkplatzmangel not recommended. Despite the central location it is quiet and you can sleep undisturbed.
The staff is friendly and efficient, although they may require some 'warmth' goes off. The rooms have different quality and impact on me a little shabby. They are very clean. Cancel with EZ the liquidation of a large single room in purchase. The breakfast was okay, even if the extra charges for extras (in the other four stars hotels of course) not seem justified. Overall, I think the price/performance ratio than adequate.
