Great cost-performance ratio! *
Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A AThe hotel (as per folder about 120 beds) is divided into a main house, where the reception, bar, lounge, Internet area, dining-hall, in addition, some rooms are accommodated and into 2 neighboring houses. The hotel is much clean and each morning at the breakfast time was eagerly geschrubbt and swept. During our stay the hotel might have been yet completely working at full capacity, it was visible and one felt personally cared for and not as number. In addition, the guests were mainly from Italy, isolated were German, Austrian, Swiss, to see Frenchmen and Norwegians. Before the hotel there is a large parking lot.
Location
We had a borrowing car, thus were not so much bound to the hotel we. The journey took place from Olbia, what meant with the car at the night scarcely 2 hours travel time. The hotel is appropriate about for 5 min. foot march far away from the hotel-own beach, which can keep up however in keinster way with “La Pelosa”. Which for us it was not completely understandable is that also the sea water pool is not directly with the hotel, but directly beside the hotel beach. Seen from the couches and sun screens more favorably, the stay at the hotel pool/beach is safe, but “La Pelosa” is simply only fantastic! The trip possibilities without borrowing car are limited quite, with a car are there already more possible. There are not purchase possibilities in direct proximity; in the center of Stintino there is about 20/30 minutes foot march.
The staff was very friendly and extremely speedy! No long waiting periods, everything went ratz fatz! The waiters do not speak in any case English, as it is with their German knowledge, know we, since we mostly endeavored us to speak Italian. On the reception also a native German works. The room was cleaned each day and all towels were exchanged (even if we had not thrown it on the soil). The cleaning was not berauschend, but correct.
Gastronomy
The breakfast was completely good for Italian conditions! There were sardische rolls, in addition each day 2 sorts sausage and 1 sort cheese. Otherwise there was still muesli, upstrokes etc. the selection of sweet pastry was however largest with the Frühstücksbuffet! Each day fresh cakes, cakes, Croissants etc. that cappuccino for breakfast the hammer was simple! The all-evening buffet began (unfortunately only) at 19.45 o'clock. Even the Italians were at this time already posed. One should be relatively punctual, even if the meals were filled up again and again. However the unfortunately already often seen “battle at the buffet” was missing and it went very gesittet ago. Daily there was a giant-large hors d'oeuvres buffet with many different sea fruits. Further there were a soup, two different Pastagerichte and two different main courts likewise in form of a buffet - however arranged by the cooks -. At the same time on the terrace it was grilled about which a cook grilled only meat and the other cook only sea fruits (Sepia, Thunfisch, sword fish,…). One had to rausgehen in addition first, give the order up and after a few minutes could one then the finished grill fetch. On Thursday there was a sardischen evening with evenly nationaltypical courts. Not to forget, the fantastic Nachspeisenbuffet with cakes, Crèmes, fresh fruits etc. was thus who at this fantastic meal offer some more to suspend has…
Sport & Entertainment
Internet entrance (1 PC) was present beside the reception (30 min. costs 3 EUR). On the terrace there was table football, in the break area stood a Billardtisch. There was each evening at 21.30 o'clock evening animation, we was however never there.
Room
We had the room No. 104 and compared with the other pictures, which are to be found here in addition, on the Website of the hotel, had we apparently one of the older rooms. Nevertheless one may not forget that it concerns a 3*-Hotel and one may expect naturally also no 4*-Standard. We were anyhow completely contently and there we more or less only for sleeping at the room were, were it okay. The size of the room was anyhow sufficiently, the size of the bath and/or the shower cubicle then already rather less. The refrigerator was in its own, separated niche. WC and bath were in one. Air conditioning system was present and smoothly functioned. The balcony was very large and had also a Wäscheleine for drying the bath-towels. Safe was present, the key must one however at the reception get. Flatscreen we had also, German programs gave it however not many, only SAT1, RTLII, superRTL and ZDFneo. Oh, I white not, like it in the other rooms is, with us did not give it no hair hair dryer, this must one with the reception request. The walls are by the way more than thin! At night one hears children cry, fall doors, etc.
Tips and recommendations
Who does not like lizards and Geckos, which should keep the Balkontüre with insect lattice always closed. The small Tierchen is constant companions! ; )
