Exclusive hotel - unfortunately not sleep *
Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A AWe stayed in May 2010 a 7 day circuit by car through the Brittany/Normandie and our six hotels independently booked over the internet. Unfortunately, it was very cold at night, five degrees during the day and at the 12 degrees. Otherwise the visit was very nice. Country and people are really worth a visit! Our 4th stop at the hotel Antares spa. It is a large, modern hotel with a lot of, free parking. The hotel has a health spa, featuring an indoor pool, a sauna, a steam room, and there are many spa treatments. Everything wasn't used by us. The staff at the front desk was very cold and not a patch as friendly as in all the other hotels we had booked. The room had a king size bed, heating, flat screen TV. The only drawback was that it directly by a big main road, at the from 6:00 morning was a heavy traffic. But as we had a dog unfortunately on our floor, the from 1:00 morning always loud again was barking anyway, we couldn't sleep during my stay. Very sad and annoying and completely incomprehensible for us as a luxury hotel dogs can accept. Because the whole floor was dog hairs. Our bathroom was very nice and modern with Holzeingerichtet. A hair dryer and bath products were also available. The breakfast was plentiful and good. We stayed for the total rooms 87€ plus 11 euro per person for breakfast. If you book this hotel, you should try a room to the inner courtyard/garden to reserve. The hotel itself is top, even for its proximity to Honfleur. We would but our sleepless night and not very friendly staff someplace else next time.
