My friend and I were looking forward to a nice holiday on Lake Garda and were really disappointed. We had originally booked five nights, but after two nights trying shut. We were with the hygiene in our room not happy at all. Upon entering the room there was a funny, stuffy smell. Use of bed linen and towels, everything was pretty good other than washed. And if you, like us, were on the way all day and much undertakes you want to enjoy a comfortable and clean bed, hneRückenschmerzen on the next day forward. That was really nice, was the view of the lake. It is not easy to leave after two days. Of course, you had to pay for and we wanted to experience a lot, but the negative aspects have dominated, unfortunately.

Est ut uns Leid, daß die Anlage und insbesonders das Appartement nicht Ihren Erwartungen entsprach. Sie sind am Sonntag angereist, haben sich bei uns leider erst am Dienstag bei der Abreise gemeldet und so hatten wir nicht die Möglichkeit zu intervenieren um eventuelle Missanderstände abzuschaffen.
