The service in the Arena Inn is spectacular, especially the waiters in the restaurant are very, very friendly, they always tried hard to make it a always right, and the creating! A big compliment for the restaurant boss (little man with Schnautzbart - original tone of him he was very, very friendly, polite and just completely nice, he spoke our language and constantly and asked if everything was ok. From our site everything was fine, as last year! If you from the food in the Sheraton is so impressed, then he but book! We, for our part, of course, we can say the food really taste! The selection is not as in a 5 star hotel, but as I know ahead of time. What is offered, is good; who complained about the has probably on everything that to complain about (but the people there were unfortunately anytime again) also I can't imagine that you are right on the beach complained about the food ... What are fault it??? There are more than enough to choose from (different burgers, hot dogs, salads, wraps, various pizza and fries) and all the things are very tasty, especially delicious we found the Thunasalat and the pizzas. About the hotel or the we don't need much more to write, it says it all at our other ratings, I can only say that the Arena Inn worsened in any way to the last year (see my contribution September 2008 ) We were again around happy with it and will definitely stay there again!!! Still want to mention the nice beach boys at the Zeytouna Beach, without it nothing!!! This should please a manager from the Sultan Bey take to heart! Unfortunately, we had to once rhythm that he handled not so polite side with them (typical German Halt -unfortunately-) So please: The guys are great, they do their job very well, were always friendly, polite and very, very nice! If the weren't there anymore Zeytouna Beach, is not what it is! The conclusion: people who complain it always and everywhere (with security in 5 star hotel) but please stay realistic and fair! The people in the Arena Inn and also in El Gouna are fair and polite to us (the it really does not only because of the tips!!! ) So please we can give you the fairness and courtesy back!!!
