Hotel Arlberg Hospiz

The town of St. Christoph doesn't have much to offer. There are 2 classy sports shops, some more hotels which also have a cafe or restaurant. Which didn't bother us since we always ate at the mountain hostel, except once.
We can recommend a snow walk into Verwall (very idyllic!), where you can enjoy some local cuisine in a rustic inn, before heading back. For shopping fans the towns of Lech and St. Anton are not far.

The team is very friendly and especially welcoming.
We got detailed information and advice about the area and which trips to make.
Check-in was fast and smooth.

We would especially like to point out the multi-course menu, we really enjoyed everything!
The large selection at the salad buffet also pleased us immensely.
We also savoured the huge variety at breakfast - assorted breads, fresh waffles, various types of eggs, cold cuts, salmon ... , many different cereals, fruits, yoghurts, juices, exclusive teas ...

Attached to the hotel is an "Intersport" shop with exclusive fashion, which we once visited.
Other than that, we enjoyed the modernly equipped spa.
The various massages and treatments can also be highly recommended.
There's also a nice work out gym. We especially liked the integrated art collection of Florian Werner and that you can watch different artists at work every week + weekly vernissage.

We had a large, noble suite with solid wood furniture, rich fabrics, bathroom with marble and brass fittings, bidet. Hand and beach towels were changed daily.
It was very quiet.
We felt very comfortable!

Mobile phone reception was very good - we got the A1 network. We had a lot of snow. The Arlberg should always have a lot of snow in the winter due to its height. The mountain hostel is located at about 1800m. The air is therefore drier so it's important to put a generous amount of lotion on.
