Far away from four stars! Disappointing! *
Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A AI have to disagree with those who have spoken before me and strongly believe can't share! On the contrary, I ask myself, with which needs in a 4 star hotel! We were there at the end of July 2011 one night at the hotel ARMA dam. The hotel is located in the second row to the beach Promenade in Palma. Guest parking is (at least in the high season) a matter of luck, the hotel is a relatively tight, the room was not clean, the hotel is very noisy, the pool is tiny and the deck chairs at the pool was not enough for all guests! We were disappointed, we didn't feel comfortable and are not of the opinion, that this four star hotel has not deserved.
I believe it is fair to positively mention: the staff spoke very good German, there was free Wi-Fi (password 12345 ARMA dam')and the rooms are relatively large flat screen tv with a few German channels!
