Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A AThe rooms are very small and do not represent the hotel's four stars. The facility is ok, but it could be better if it had a better management.
Location
The location is good and close to the city. There is no noise in the place.
Complains were not attended. Manager has no time. A written letter complaining about lunch and the drinks (until 23:00 o'clock were served) was ignored.
Gastronomy
The food is halfway ok, but super boring. Always the same. Again we have to complain to the service here, because it is a point they also missed.
Sport & Entertainment
Billiard, beach chairs and pool are provided. There is no pool for kids, our kids could not be left alone because some parts are very deep and there were no stairs.
Room
The rooms are very clean and do not represent the hotel's 4 stars. 2,5 Stars. The Temperature regulator had some issues. The room service was ok.
Tips and recommendations
The price ratio does not make any sense! We would give the hotel a 2,5 stars and the price is still too high. For families with small children (under 1,60m the pool is dangerous and thus not recommendable). Complains were ignored. We like to go to Turkey, but for this price we are used to other stuff!!
