It was dirty and smelly

38 stories. Obstructed ocean view or city view. Rooms are old and not in good repair. There is also a strong odor of uncleannes. And they are dirty.

Front desk tried to help, but did not resolve issue of dirty room.

The room had a strong odor of uncleanliness. They tried to cover up the odor with a strong orange smelling deodorizer, which made it worse. I looked at 5 different rooms before I chose the least offensive. The furniture was very old and dirty. The carpet was stained and dirty.
