Bathroom shabby, Saunberkeit well, great location *

Ich bedaure, dass Sie sich bei uns im Dezember nicht wohlgefühlt haben. Unsere Stubenmädchen sind normalerweise sehr verläßlich und bemühen sich sehr, die Zimmer sauberzuhalten. Verzeihen Sie, dass dies bei Ihrem Zimmer nicht geklappt hat. 14 Zimmer werden von uns diesen Februar 2012 noch komplett renoviert, auch die Bäder werden neu gestaltet. Ich hoffe, Sie geben uns nochmals eine Chance, um Sie von unserer guten Qualität und dem netten Service unserer Mitarbeiter zu überzeugen.Liebe Grüße aus Wien,
