Everything, but not 4 stars. *
Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A AAfter our arrival we were on the inadequate designed desk surprise. The receptionist (, as well as in all other staff) spoke only very little German/English. The rooms (we booked two rooms) were an impertinence: an outlet was hanging loose from the wall, the air-conditioning and a fridge didn't work, a ceiling was hanging by a cable from the ceiling, but the worst thing was the mold in the bathroom area. The restaurant had a good selection, but the food was cold after some time. There was also the label of this menu is only in French or Russian. So we knew some not, which was contained in the Termophoren. The hardness was but the supposedly all inclusive offer. In the catalog was, that only soft drinks and local alcoholic drinks are all inclusive, but at a pizza salami or ham should not be local, was incomprehensible, because only a pizza and Marghareta Thonno were free. On the part of the hotel was no information about the hotel itself and leisure time activities offered in the area. The entertainment in the hotel we found poor little. It was almost only in French.
Positive we noticed the proximity to the beach. Just a small Promenade had to be crossed, in order to come to a clean and well-kept sandy beach. Beach chairs and umbrellas were sufficiently available. The location of the restaurants was very good, as you, regardless of where we sat in the restaurant, had a nice view to the sea.
All in all this hotel doesn't deserve 4 + stars. two stars were justified for this hotel. For a holiday in a beautiful and interesting country like Morocco this hotel is not recommendable.
