Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A AForget which in the catalog are located. The hotel is generally dirty. Staff totally makes excessive demands of (pupils) and unfriendly. Nobody speaks German and also with English does not get ahead one not. They understand not or do not want not to understand. The “clean” bedlinen and towels for the hotel are stored in a hall, where the walls are fully verschimmelt. Much are enough for waiting periods at the reception. With the breakfast there were no cups (too few), then evenly coffee from the paper cup. Meal badly. Table-ware not cleanly.
Location
The situation would be very beautiful, if everything would be correct approximately.
Staff totally makes excessive demands of. Nobody spoke German and English also not. Room cleaning was so far correct. Against mould at the walls and inundation after showering (water by the wall into the corridor. Carpet was thereafter no more drying) can also the best cleaning personnel for nothing more make. Therefore also the moldy smell in the room. Complaints were taken up by the travel line, but nothing happened. Also later complaints with allroute brought nothing there allroute from these conditions allegedly nothing white.
Gastronomy
Cleanliness and hygiene do not give it naturally also to the restaurant.
Sport & Entertainment
We did not receive much of. Language was probably Russian or Bulgarian. No offers in German language. Beach dirty. Beach chairs dirty and partly broken.
Room
would be ok, if no mould and no humidity were. All somehow moldy.
