Of course, there are always people that find a hair in every soup. I was super good satisfied with my part. From waiter till the cleaning lady everybody was super kind and courteous. The room, the mealroom, the outdoor facilities and the beach were cleaned daily. The hotel is situated kind of aside, but it's optimal for pure Bathing/relaxing-holiday.
