Traditional hotel with little flaws *
Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A AOptically wonderful traditional hotel with very good service. The breakfast is varied and very tasty. Solo travellers should cost the double room with balcony; the view is terrific. The rooms are simple and functional. Absolute drawback was the cleanliness in the rooms. The mirrors and windows were dirty, and if you accidentally look under the beds, you can not imagine, that there was ever cleaned.
However, the hotel highly recommended, and I would not hesitate to stay there again spend my holiday.

Sehr geehrte Frau Astrid,ich danke Ihnen für Ihre objektive Bewertung! Es tut mir leid, das es unterm Bett noch staubig war. Aufgrund der noch 1 Monat dauernden Baustelle am Unteren Stadtplatz, haben wir mit täglich vermehrtem Staubaufkommen zu tun.
Ich werde umgehend mit dem Zimmermädels ein entsprechendes Briefing machen , sodass solche Fehler nicht mehr vorkommen.
Danke für Ihre Offenheit. Bitte lassen Sie sich beim nächsten Besuch , von mir auf einen Prosecco einladen.
