Nice hotel with defects *
Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A AWe stayed in a October Hotel Aurora. The location and facilities of the hotel is good. Unfortunately the friendliness of the staff to be desired, the waiters in the dining room is very reluctant to its tasks. In the wellness area were thrown out of our sauna, because we didn't have a bathing suit in the sauna and wanted to sit. I tried to explain to the lady that the usual white nude in the sauna, but it wanted to know nothing about. The room cleaning was rather superficial on the first day we found hair from our predecessors. The front desk was very nice and accommodating. In my opinion, we could improve the existing possibilities much more.
