The rooms were only one condition, dirty, worn out beds total, linens with blood stains on them and hair, bathroom in very poor dirty condition. Our first purchase was a basket full of cleaning fluid and sagrotan, the room, the sanitary areas specifically, we entered only with flip flops. Service was more than poor, the lady at the front desk didn't speak German, the key to the room we had to leave in a bowl, the whole day and night on the whole was unattended at the counter. The time should have been one of the Kneipenbesucher one of the key and our room in peace. Under these circumstances, we have run in the price breakfast didn't want to take advantage of, because we really at the sight of the whole came the disgust. The surrounding area is just great, it was located directly at the reeperbahn, with many dining and entertaining offered, perfect nahverbindungen, difficult if you arrive by car, since almost no park in front of the hotel. We will visit this hotel again and would never advise of other guests. We are often in small pensions and don't need much comfort, hygiene but this is simply not good enough.
