Had a room with a sea view. Harbor and State Street (Main shopping street) within walking distance and with the shuttle to reach.
Very fast check-in, rooms are modern and clean, except for the carpet (sticky). Balcony with chairs, unfortunately did not close completely. Seems to be a recurring problem in motels. Breakfast was good, you can even make your own waffles bake.
