Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A AOur trip was one week, but when we stayed at this plays it was only 6. 5 days, we lost 12 hours. Very poor arrangement from hotel, we should get refund for half a day! When we arrived at airport we were kept for 2 hours to wait for a bus, then they put us with another tour, which is wrong. It took us 4 hours to get from airport to the hotel, when supposed to be only 1. 5. When we arrived to the hotel at night, they told us they don’t have a room for us. I told them that we paid them for this day already and they have our money for this day and room should be ready. It was nightmare. Staff is not friendly and hotel worse the two star in Mexico. At the restaurant always not enough food, variety of the food are very poor, food is not fresh. I didn’t drink any alcohol drinks till last day, and when I asked whisky guy gave me racki, I told him it’s NOT whisky, he didn’t like it. Room is small and ugly, fridge door was broken and cleaning staff knew that, but was never fixed, it’s not my property so I didn’t care.
Beach is far away from the hotel, you have to leave property of the hotel in order to go to the beach. They don’t serve any beer at the beach, which was a crap for my friend. Beach is ugly, please walk 500m left along the beach and you can swim there.
I would never recommend this hotel even to my enemy, just bad! I stayed at 3* hotels in Mexico many times and nothing were bad as this place. Come on give people enough food for the money we paid. The worse part, no healthy food like fiber bread or even brown bread only white, for the whole week, server never came to our table so we could order fresh juice. Same food every day. No fish or seafood, only ugly sausages. Also lots of mosquitoes in a room.
