You are ordered eleven o 'clock the next day at the front desk, although the check-out time is twelve o' clock. This means you would lose a half day. When having complaints, the front desk not reacted at all or only with a tired smiles on their faces. Our room and even some on the floor smelled of fat, as we were right above the restaurant. So we have complained, someone 'checked' (as if we were the first guests with this problem former) and we were told, we should go up again the next day. Also there is nothing happened. The cleanliness was not outstanding (towels with stains). Only the staff in the restaurant was very nice and accommodating. The food was good, but after ten days, you could see it was not more, as it was pretty much the same thing.
