Great beach, strange hotel *
Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A AThe hotel was located directly on a day-driven street. The staff was always friendly and mostly spoke English quite well. The rooms were quite clairaudient, so if you closed the door you also very clearly the front desk could hear the fountain. The rooms and the entire hotel were clean.
Location
The hotel is just a few minutes walk from the beach. The path is not directly as such from maps. Through a cul-de-sac leads through to a small track, a to a staircase leads onto the beach. A small store is located directly in front of the hotel, more shopping and a pharmacy one found on the main road toward Faro also only a few minutes walk from the hotel. The walk to the old town of Albufeira wouldn't recommend, since I had the normal pace about an hour. There is a bus stop right in front of the hotel and also a taxi to Albufeira is about 5-6 € not very expensive. The transfer time from/to the airport is approximately 30 minutes.
The staff was always friendly and helpful. The rooms were cleaned daily and at least once a week. The staff people all spoke English and there were no issues with communication.
Gastronomy
To the gastronomy can unfortunately we can't say, as we were in demand, where the breakfast rooms would have said it in this hotel no breakfast, yet. Found that we were rather strange as we had booked with breakfast. However the freshly baked rolls of the small transaction at the hotel we can only recommend it.
Sport & Entertainment
Also as we can't comment on because end of April still no entertainment offered. However we don't know if it was even offered. The hotel itself has only one small indoor pool, an outdoor swimming pool can be used in the neighboring hotel. This though so never said we only the information brochure in the room anyway.
Room
The rooms are very large and conform with the figures in the catalog. We got a room in the travel agency in a small apartment building on the top floor and booked. However we stayed at 2 . Floor in the hotel. We never saw small apartment buildings. Our room faced the busy street during the day, so we never used it a little balcony. The morning sun invited it much breakfast outside, but the noise from the balcony door let us keep mostly closed. However, it was very quiet at night outside, so that you could sleep very well with the window open. The kitchen of the room was for two people well equipped, so that we were lacking. We were a little shocked about the number of TV channels. There were 7 channels to choose from, there were 6 Portuguese and one German. This a German TV channel is the Bavarian radio. Towels were actually replenished daily, although it had robe area to show that you want to use again. However, this can because we were there in the off-season and the hotel wasn't that full.
