For the fourth time, repeat the question *
Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A AWe were here for the fourth time and again in the club area. The details of this hotel are already been told, therefore only a few minor impressions, the changes are for the worse. A. The kitchen has, in our view, clearly deteriorated, both in the club lounge, as well as at the Bella singaraja, the Italian restaurant. The pictures from last year, but now more clearly. TWO. Also at the service we had to put up with drawbacks. We assume, that the hotel staff costs saved. It is less visible staff (does not concern the club lounge and the excellent butler service) and the remaining staff was insufficient occasional trained. In recent years this is never felt. THREE. The quality of the soaps, shampoos etc. is compared to the first stays in the club area and also in comparison with other hotels at their lowest level in years. FOUR. Our duplex suite was very spacious and harmonious equipped. However, the furnishing was a bit slow getting old-here is an update prepayment required at time of booking. FIVE. At the club pool, the hotel is in a good condition, it was this time due to the many small children very loud and noisy. The hotel offers its guests the recommendation, with small children to go to the family, since there better ways to play there, but it is not the rule. The unrest have large groups of Australian families with. A Shame. SIX. As A Last Resort. We wish the hotel a happier in music, it would be best, at the club pool and in the club lounge on music to do. But it is intolerable, when two different music performances at the same time, sound. This is torture. SEVEN. All in all, we can recommend the hotel still, but we will look for the next Bali vacation also go to alternatives.
