Unsanitary, noisy, but nice staff *

Right on a noisy highway, fast food smell in the room ( McDonald's in the ground floor), nasty linens. The breakfast consists of coffee in plastic cups from the coffee machine. Bad bus connection (400 meters to the bus stop, the taxi to Cannes depending on 30-40 Euro! ). Next door is a big supermarket, to the restaurants and in the old town of La Bocca but it is 20 mins walk through a commercial area.
