Nice hotel very clean ( year of construction appreciated about 2004 ) with romantic garden and pool on the northern edge of Neos Marmaras. About 20 meters. To the beach on a quiet street. Some taverns, restaurants where you could eat good and cheap nearby. From the town center Neos Marmaras about a 15 minute walk. Playground or something like that we didn't find, nearby the hotel is for families were less suitable. We stayed in a 3 bedroom with a large bathroom and balcony the adequate space and storage. In-room safe, large TV, air conditioning, refrigerator everything you need was available. The room was cleaned daily, linen every 2 days and towels were changed on request. We had booked breakfast ( from the buffet) the always varied and lovingly prepared. The hotel is a family-run business ( circa 40 beds) and they do speak Greek, English and German. ( Wife Parashou comes from Berlin) The family are very friendly and helpful with advice on where to go and open ears the requests of the guests. All in all: good weather, good food, good location, a lovely holiday.
