Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A AAfter 2009, to the island of Rab and fell in love with the hotel Villa Barbat, we now went there for the second time and it was just great! If you are looking at the hotel's home page, we can only say, the reality is 100 % same. The hotel has 13 rooms and family run, is an absolute "gem"! Have old known ( regular guests) from the previous years and felt from the first moment on clam again!!!
Location
Hotel is located directly on the sea. To Rab-city is a short drive, but then one could also walk. One can also on Rab nice hiking. This year we have also been totally new web pages met this beautiful island. Rab is also a good starting point for trips to the back country of Croatia.
Super friendly staff. The two markos (waiters) is the second to none. We always received it wishes and almost everything happen. Room cleaning was good and very attentive.
Gastronomy
Here now we come to the absolute highlight of the hotel. We were on half board. Breakfast is served in the form of a buffet and was varied and plentiful. For dinner could be menu ( starter, main dish and dessert) from a menu and get this by the waiters served at the table. The Mediterranean terrace of the restaurant is beautiful and the food good music in the background. The food, from the fish to steak and seafood brick oven pizza, is the absolute dream!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The chef Bruno for us at least one star. Every dish can also be changed as well as menu is welcome. Will be an extra charge for drinks, but fully in order. Super friendly and professional service makes you feel just saumäßig.

Room
Rooms are extremely well appointed. All with balcony and sea view. Air conditioning, safe, satellite TV and fridge available. Here you feel really comfortable.
