Newly renovated hotel with little service problem *
Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A AThe hotel was not long before completely renovated. Therefore the furnishing was very new. Some of the functionality was unfortunately at the expense of architecture; for example, the bathroom is integrated into the living area. It has a nice rain shower " ". Not at all great was, that the bath towels for the pool can change only every three days! We could not believe initially did, but it was actually Sunday the pool service looks like when you changed and a back after three days fresh towels!! As helped also the complaint to the hotel management didn't watch much. The hotel management was very nice and glad about the suggestion, however, argued that the conversion would be saved. After a complaint we could change the beach towels at least every two days, but not for the rest of our family was... It was very annoying, since every day we ate at the pool will be faced with. Against a fee of 5, -EURO you could change every day. It is however around the principle. Apart from some extra costs. However, my previous reviewers have made more precise. The pool boy brought us almost burn. When we arrived it was partly as a few students at the boarding school. My girlfriend weren't allowed to sit on the couch to me, water couldn't be drunk takeaway (OK, I'm still like), the couches could not versprerren, we weren't allowed to be close to the pre-leased lounge chairs, ... What a pity, that such a few things worsen the general impression, otherwise the hotel was really nice! Good and varied food, friendly staff, free wireless LAN in the entire building (not fit to Parkplatzmiete of Euro 13, -/ day) and relatively good location. Around the hotel, but you can a good note issue. I hope that the hotel management from the small errors learn.
