Worst holiday ever *

We had to Perforce in this hotel because our flight was canceled. When we arrived at the hotel we could actually pretty quick check-in, but the biggest horror arrived when we walked into the room, this was moldy and musty and freezing, as the air conditioning then cooled the room on about 10 degrees. The hotel area was generally not well maintained and the hotel staff were very unmotivated and not taken care of. I must also have to say that we had stayed at the hotel Iberostar called Domenicana were and the difference between the hotel and the Barcelo complex a difference of day and night. This hotel is definitely not irgenwem recommended just plain bad!!!
