Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A AEverything in this hotel was very cramped, which meant constantly someone was right behind you. Whether at the food or at the pool. Also much too loud. The rooms starting with 3 were directly above the activities and bar area. As it was on a still night not to be considered. Although all inclusive but through limited possibilities to get to the drinks, always long waits. Food not varied. The people were mixed and on the average were very nice and thankfully also considerate. Unfortunately, the hotel hardly had retreat possibilities. Very unfriendly service staff and very slow and inflexible reception.
Location
Nicely located in a bay, very bad for an evening stroll outside of the hotel. Beach chairs and umbrellas on the beach cost extra.
Very unfriendly and unmotivated. Very inflexible.
Gastronomy
Very one-sided and not a special quality. Unfortunately even for the Majorca food .....

Pool was too small, beach cost extra. Otherwise very limited sport offer
Room
Were clean and beautiful, but we heard in our room in the evening the roar from the bar and in the morning the cleaning of the pool area.
