Dream hotel with drawbacks *
Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A AThe hotel area was as one would expect from a paradise. The complex was very well-kept but it had rained very strong for three days. We had very big problems with the front desk. We had two rooms in the ground floor 2 ordered but we got two rooms with terrace, 150 meters in front of the theater with loud music until 24. O'clock. Three days have sat on packed suitcases until we can implement other room. The restaurants and bars near the hotel were okay. With the exception of the beach bars. A Disaster. Only 1-2 man operation. A half hour wait was normal. Very unfriendly. We were also from the volcano and had 2 days long unfortunately we were alone posed on us and we had to take care of to all self service. The travel guide of its was Aroganz and incompetence cannot be beat. But other than that, you could experience a SC hönen vacation here.
