Positive surprise *
Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A AWe were very pleased with the hotel. There was little things, like leaky shower, so that the water to the shower in the bathroom on the floor was distributed. The cleaning staff had cleaned superficially, but at least the bathroom was cleaned properly and dust from the furniture as well as floor swept daily. Towels, bed sheets changed regularly. Service total nice, always helpful and (in some countries only with Trinked reachable was, was of course). A very nice atmosphere in the hotel. The location is very good. Not in the first row, where it was quite loud, but close enough to the beach. The hotel was suitable for all age groups and also for the children is offered enough, but discreet, that the children do not disturb other. We were for the first time in Bulgaria and were positively surprised especially because the hotel and service.
