Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A AWe stayed for a week over new year's Eve in Bavaria went smoothly. Big plus for us was the child care. You could hardly better be. Our room was quite large and had (318) a great panoramic view. The quality of the lunch and dinner I great. What I personally liked less :-partly a bit 'drafty' (cool) in the hotel in the first evening meal I had to get me a jacket (... A new experience for me). Also the room was icy. Later it was betterthe breakfast was a bit monotonous in the long run. Perhaps, though, that there was always a huge selection average. The budget has repeated.-the gastronomy service was rather 'underground', especially because of the partly very long waits. 'just' an afternoon coffee and cake at did not work, one had to take already one hour (okay, once it went even faster). Until the last day the dinner was always more than two hours taken. Missing the salad course after complaints with a cocky comment on the soup served. I leave. My conclusion: I would recommend this hotel overall. Before I even trip again I will, however, the current hotel reviews read and make sure, that the service quality has increased. I had the impression, that the hotel team was simply not 'around' -the food always great enjoyed it.

Vielen Dank für die positive Bewertung,wir freuen uns, dass es ihnen bei uns gefallen hat.
Wir sind natürlich bemüht, die Schwächen, die wir noch haben zu beseitigen. Aus diesem Grund haben wir zum 1.Jan.2012 einen neuen Restaurantleiter eingestellt, der die Abläufe in den Restaurants optimieren wird.
