Small hotel, overall okay, but not more *
Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A Asmall hotel. Quiet location, a little off the beaten path. Positive was the free breakfast (Continental, but it was okay) and the free airport shuttle (but as we had our flight home late at night, we didn't use it). Cairns itself as a place not it is worthwhile, you should only as a good springboard for excursions (Atherton tablelands, great Barrier Reef) use. Pool is small but okay. A beach has Cairns not. If you several days stay has, I would rather stay in port Douglas, as you have a lovely beach, and just as good excursions in the surrounding area.
