Bad Four Star Hotel *

We stayed in a hotel with three stars in the vicinity of the hotel Bayrischer Hof Dresden and it was a lot better. Since the other hotel we had the room at the desired deadline is not and will not be able to make more available. We went for hotel Bayrischer Hof in Dresden and asked for a room for the last night. The hotel Bayrischer Hof is located on a main road across the street from the train station Neustadt. We asked for a room on the back side and the lady at front desk told us a room facing the courtyard with double bed to. When we checked in was a week later, our room was on the main street and two twin beds were in the middle of the room just pushed together. When we got there the front desk got the lady at the front desk and said no, that the other rooms were not quiet would be. For a four star hotel I would have expected at least an apology. Inkhorn friendliness only as long as the guests were satisfied.
