Hotel is okay, but not five star! *
Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A AThe hotel is not bad, but should definitely not be classified in category five star. But the global package einfahc is not good enough. There should be four stars. The rooms are not very nicely decorated (rather dated) and What did not work was uncomfortable and difficult to clean the stone floor. We only with slippers in the room move them, should not be done. The bathroom is okay, but the fixtures are not the newest and partly in the cracks, rotting in the black gel, which does not look particularly appetizing. Balcony is okay. The staff was not rude, but not very friendly. Most look at and not say 'Hello'. Sure there are people, the want to be left alone, but from time to time a smile, a friendly 'Hello' or a ' tasted them?' When I would find in a hotel with sophisticated demands appropriate. The breakfast buffet was really great and left nothing to be desired. Lots to choose from and the quality was good for Spanish standards. Also always directly refilled, if something is empty. At the snack bar of the pool were my experience was not so good. I ordered a club sandwich, for example, where the Turkey not medium or rather English was browned. After my complaint they have taken out the steak simply, once again to the grill thrown, the sandwich zusammengematscht and again on the table. This is of course at a five star at all! Gym was okay, but not very big and only the absolutely most necessary of equipment. That goes also better! Beach is right in front of the pool with a short jetty. Very clean and you can walk out quite gently into the shallow water. It was certainly very interesting for small children. Otherwise is quite much going on at the beach, in Majorca is therefore beautiful beaches, where you will find peace and relaxation. But this is certainly a matter of taste and the hotel can do anything about it. If you get the hotel cheap, it can take, but as I said, expect a five-star hotel. For cleanliness, you europhiles and people, looking for a significant room amenities and friendly service is important, this hotel is not. A really nice in Mallorca hotel, I could not recommend the Hilton SA Torre. Is this really a five star and usually only a hundred per week more expensive, but absolutely worth it. It should have been with my then assessment... Beautiful holiday!

Sehr geehrter Mathias,Vielen Dank für Ihre Bewertung. Sie wird uns sicherlich helfen, uns weiterhin zu verbessern.
Es tut uns leid, dass unser Haus nicht Ihren Wünschen entsprach. Um zu Ihrer Kritik Stellung zu nehmen, werde ich im folgenden auf Ihre Punkte konkret eingehen:
• Kategorie des Hotels. Das Haus arbeitet gemäss den Richtlinien eines 5 Sterne Hotels. Die Zimmern sind gross genug, die Amenities erfüllen vielmehr als nur den Standard, etc… Was die Dekoration angeht, so ist das natürlich Geschacksache, da können wir leider nichts zu sagen. Die Möbel sind jedoch alle in einem sehr guten Zustand. Darüberhinaus haben wir in den letzten 12 Monaten folgende Elemente neu renoviert oder ausgetauscht:
o Neue Matratzen, LCD 32” Fernseher, neue Bettdecken, Amenities, Terrassen-Möbel, usw.
• Was den Steinboden in den Zimmern angeht: da wir am Strand sind, können wir keine Teppichböden in den Zimmern haben. Es wäre sehr schwierig, den Sand jedesmal zu 100% reinigen zu können.
• Personal. Unsere Mitarbeiter sind das beste was wir im Haus haben, wir hatten auch noch nie eine Beschwerde darüber. Wir kümmern uns darum, dass wir jedes Jahr die gleichen Leute im Service haben, weil sie einfach die Besten sind. Immer freundlich, weil sie ihre Arbeit geniessen und weil sie zufrieden mit unserem Haus sind. Natürlich kann es sein, dass jemand einen schlechten Tag hat, aber wenn Sie eine oder zwei Wochen bei uns übernachtet haben, wissen Sie bestimmt, dass ALLE unsere Mitarbeiter 100% freunlich sind. Fast alle Komplimente, die wir bezüglich unseres Hotels bekommen, haben mit dem Personal zu tun.
• Fitnessraum. Wir wissen dass unsere Fitnessraum nicht besonders gross ist, deswegen wollen wir es für das nächste Jahr ganz renovieren. Für 2011 haben wir schon ein Laufband und einen Elipsentrainer gekauft.
• Strand. Hier muss ich sagen, dass ich nicht Ihrer Meinung bin. Der Strand Alcudia-Playa de Muro, ist der längste und schönste Strand Mallorcas, wo man Ruhe (z.B. in der Nähe von uns), aber auch verschiedene Aktivitäten (wenn man Richtung Alcudia läuft), verschiedene Resturants und “Chiringuitos” finden kann. Ich muss sagen, dass man auf Mallorca keine schöneren Strände finden kann, an denen auch ein Hotel in erster Meereslinie liegt. Natürlich gibt es kleine Calas und andere Strände, die schöner sein können, aber da wird dann auch nichts gebaut.
• Vergleich mit anderen 5 Sterne Häusern. Hier kann ich Ihnen leider nichts sagen, da Strandhotels immer sehr schwer mit anderen Hotels, wie z.B. dem Hilton Sa Torre vergleichbar sind. Hier geht es um Ruhe und Strand mit Familie oder mit seinem Partner. Das Hotel ist sehr gut geeignet, um den Strand und die Umgebung zu geniessen. Jedes Hotel bietet etwas anderes an, und ich muss auch dazu sagen, dass die Preise sich wohl auch nicht vergleichen lassen.
Wie gesagt lieber Mathias, wir arbeiten sehr viel und hart daran, um die Wünsche aller Gäste zu schaffen, leider schaffen wir es manchmal nicht sie alle zu erfüllen. Wir werden weiter daran arbeiten, um eines der besten 5* Hotels in Mallorca zu haben.
