Solid city hotel in an ideal location *
Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A AMedium-sized very well-kept city hotel with tasteful ambience. During our stay at the hotel Becquer were especially to groups of young people in the hotel, and I guess it Americans on Europe. It was a bit crowded in the house, but we absolutely didn't bother us.
Location
We found the location of the hotel was ideal. It is in an ideal within walking distance between Cathedral, barrio Santa Cruz, the shopping center and Triana district, five minutes away from the Guadalquivir river.
We found the staff professional friendly. We had no difficulties since we speak Spanish, but I have heard that the staff in the location was with the American guests to communicate. But that was absolutely loved it has: On the first day there was churros, but second night was not, I just wanted to know if it today no Churros be there and then get ourselves very tasty portion Churros made fresh. Which I must say: It was 5 minutes before their official breakfast ending time. Deshald the 6 stars.
Gastronomy
We only had breakfast, which was good. The hotel has a restaurant, which we didn't use it. Moreover, there were a few tables spilling out where we would like to between sightseeing and dinner drink.
Sport & Entertainment
There was a small pool on deck overlooking the Giralda, which we didn't use.
Room
Our room was big enough, with a small balcony facing the street. With the windows closed we heard nothing from the street. The air conditioning works well and is quiet. It was properly cleaned and we had good beds slept.
Tips and recommendations
Seville is a bustling city with great sights. A dinner in the Triana area located on the Guadalquvir with view of the lit Torre del oro is quite great.
