Historical hotel direct at the Mosel promenade *

The hotel is located directly on the Moselle river promenade, about 50 meters from the main square and the dock is directly in front of the house. Absolutely central location for excursions and things to do. Good wine bar offering fine dining right on the premises of the hotel. There is a cozy terrace on the first floor with a great view of the river Moselle. However not suitable for handicapped people: lots and lots of steps to the rooms and no elevator. Even the toilet can only be reached by the steps. But this is in Cochem probably Sunday the rooms were very tastefully decorated and very, very clean. We had a room on the street side and it was very noisy. However, it was at night on the streets so quiet, you could sleep with the windows open. The breakfast buffet was offered in a hotel (about a hundred meters away). Everything was very plentiful and varied. We felt very comfortable there and can recommend this hotel only recommend it!
