Hotel Beli Kamik I & II

I always try absolutely neutral, objective and to help in the meantime, I have quite a lot of experience and practice in terms of reviews of the hotel, so I hope you also with this again. :-)Of course I have my reservation and many other reviews about the 'Beli kamik I and II (Address for the GPS: Primorska cesta BB, 51512 njivice on the island of KRK)' read here and I can say on the negative reviewers actually only so much, that 99% of what they complain about here, such as a lack of pool, no sandy beach, no air conditioning, no fridge/mini bar in kamik II, no room safe, no sunbathing area, very hot in the room and so on in any description. That is why I wonder if these people really know how to read, because that is what they complain about here is just as in every official hotel description or not inside these issues such as 'air-conditioned rooms, on-site swimming pool and so on and so forth.' we must assume that these things are not available! Not a hotel of this world ' in its description of the things it does not have, but of course only lists characteristics on which it has... Read first-then think-then write/evaluate my opinion. What would you would expect of a hotel for four days with half board, a large room with a wonderful view of the sea for 101 euro-that should be in the reviewer at this point ask... I had read about Gruber travel directly, two days before arrival because I have no other agents have more room. I had booked for Beli kamik I of 22 September 2011 until 25 September 2011, so all four days with half board and unverbindlichem customer, on the top floor with view of the sea. Both of my requests were met with the room number 801 in the fifth stick also. :-)Honestly, today we paid to days for each X-any accommodation or cheap hotel in the best-case 35-60 euro per night with breakfast, but no view of the sea, without a 20-square-foot room and without half-board. In Beli kamik I get it all together for 25, however, euro per day. Almost every private accommodation on the island of KRK today to costs around 40 euro days, I asked myself in the course of a number. If you want to have that, everything was perfect just a new hotel and the five-seven times therefor pay. But if you ask the day only want to pay 25 euro, must leave the church in the village. I could buy but no VW and afterwards complain that there is no Ferrari. I would like to tell my below negative experience in Hotel.A. Erreignis: I on the first day, that the two Internet PCs (Videos & pictures see) in the lobby didn't work, the rights it was without function and black screen, and the second load or hour long days a salad. profile and was therefore also didn't work. The gentleman at the front desk said, that he is not familiar. I asked on the second day and the lady told me after talking with the manager, you can do nothing that and that if you need to repair. I said then, possibly only needs a restart, but they remained firm and to my question answered when and who came to fix it, they did not know. On the day of my departure I have raised this point again, but a bit sharper in tone still nothing and this lady pushed the right table and wooden box at the front of the hotel and see, behind the tower. They turned and started this new and suddenly he went again-but unfortunately too late as I have already had the suitcases packed. :-(TWO. Erreignis: the rooms on my floor were as I was cleaned at the television in my room, it was cleaned probably not, because when I got out of the door the cleaning ladies looked were a few rooms down the hall. I ask you then, now I would leave the room cleaning and in peace, but when I returned in the evening were still the old and wet towels hung over the bathtub and nothing cleaned.THREE. Up to my departure was nothing fixed grübl ** .vier. Erreignis: I complained, that my tv only 15 Croatian channels and according to the description should be more German. I was informed by a gentleman at the front desk, it probably no German channels on my room, very great. Solution was, that we happened the same tv home and I decided the tv on delivery zurückstellte, then raised the issue of German and a DVB-T, as well as a digital-C and analog scan and conducted then, all of a sudden there were about 30 programs which the eight channels were German analog. Definitely for those that have the same problem on your room should, I have a small video recorded instructions I uploaded in the hotel with my camera have included, see Hotel videos:-)If you happen to get room # 801 need not make this effort... My conclusion on the Beli kamik. It would be a great hotel where you could do, but to me it made the impression, as if the staff with the crowds of visitors (about 350 rooms on two houses) is simply not ready. It looked in the bathroom and in the room look, as if everything had to go fast and cheap at the mount/renovate, this is obvious, especially in the bathroom, here are all assembled parts loose on the wall and partly depend only on the dowel screws firmly. Improved out joints, walls and so on are dirty and ragged from see, see videos. It is also good to know, that the Beli kamik a the back, higher and at the same time in the main building is the front desk and dining rooms are. In my opinion the kamik I is the better rooms, better views and a little more expensive than the kamik II which is pure and lower residential building. In the off season or in September it was in the room without air conditioning with the window open at night well tolerable, but in the middle of summer I would take a room at the rear of the hotel, there was no air conditioning system is available. Positive notes: • two large and beautiful dining rooms in the first floor • breakfast from seven-neun: 30 o 'clock and dinner from 19-21 o' clock • Two elevators • kamik I complete with mirrored Windows blue (very convenient) • good location (beach promenade, jet ski and Boat rentals nearby) • multi-lingual staff • two Internet PCs in the lobby and Wi-Fi Internet access throughout the hotel • large rooms in kamik I • double room as a single • room • many rooms with sea view and balcony • LCD tv on my Panasonic and other rooms • very useful drapes and blackout curtains and blue glass verspiegeltes • not lumpy and a little firmer mattress (just my taste) • non-smoking rooms equipped with mini bar • mostly friendly staff • good quality (soft and not chlorinated water) • the complex is also suitable for the handicapped or wheelchair users (no barriers) • sea water clean up and check • out ten o'clock continuous • front desk 24 hours on request • live music in the large hall on the ground floor • good price/performance ratio caveats: • amateur mounted (see video) Spa • unpleasant improvements throughout the room (see video) • staff, in my view, partly overstrained, unwilling and incompetent • air conditioning, in-room safe, pool was • much too few parking spaces (have to wait for a safe looking at where I didn't fear to have had that me who's car, stones hinspritzen or pinecone in the car and so on) • mass tourism (at my time three-four buses from eastern Germany) • food was moderate and little varied • Mobilfunkmast on the roof of the kamik I as far as I could tell, as a rule, older • public • bulletin board for joint ventures for the purpose of group formation and so on is unfortunately missing tip!
