A beautiful, warm and friendly family run hotel
Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A AA family run hotel, with incredibly clean, tastefully decorated and inviting rooms. All of the family members seem to be involved in running the hotel. They were all incredibly friendly and helpful. The hotel offers a wonderful buffet style breakfast which consists of fresh local produce, cheese, home baked breads, cakes, etc. They have a shuttle service to and from the hotel.
Location
Very close to the centre of town.
The entire staff was very friendly and helpful and they spoke a number of languages well: German, French, English. (perhaps even more, but I didn't hear those) There was special attention to every detail in the hotel, from the set up of the breakfast table, personally labeled for each family, to heart shaped cookies waiting for us upon arrival in our room with a welcoming note.
Gastronomy
The dinning area was very clean, just like the rest of the hotel.

Internet access was available in the common areas.
Room
The room was very clean, cozy, beautifully decorated. Our room had a perfect view of Matterhorn. The bathroom as just as clean.
