Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A ASo we were not satisfied with this hotel. Our party consisted of four people (19-22 years)-two couples, in other words two double room. The beds were two pushed beds individually together, which slid apart at the time of each melt. The satellite tv in the room has only partially ARD, which was the only German channels. In general the hygiene in this hotel no big deal. Our friends were in the room already at the check-in three hairs in the bed, as well as some more in the bathroom. Next to the phone had a whole bunch of dust, the service at the hotel was pushed down. The 'newly-related' bed was very dirty pillowcases and sheets.
When we complained about (spoke German in this hotel none with us, you could communicate with the staff only in English) we were total stupid because of the hair turned on ' where is the problem? These two hair? '... What I found very rude. A hair is a hair enough, if you are new to a three star hotel rooms comes. So what do you expect from a 1 but star hotel. As well as the sheets, on which undefinable spots (blood or chocolate, so we wanted to don't) were on the grounds, this results from the factory would be dismissed. But when we asked a freshly made bed, she remembered the sheets almost around the ears. So what did I have never experienced something like that. Was changed but, after we had chased out of the room.
The same in the dining area. The plates were partly so dirty, that you don't want to take, but had to look around for long until you found a clean. We also observed, as the staff, which eats in the same room breakfast, lunch and dinner, the plates with a napkin wiped off. The food was the same almost every day. Salad, you could put together yourself. (Very often under the cucumbers also inedible, which tasted due to the wrong aufschneidens sour) pasta, fish, pizza, meat and fries. Fries frittes were ^ ^ drinks for breakfast you had to get there early for lunch from above at the pool bar, in the evening from the bar to get in the side. Wine and water were in the dining area. What we also didn't like, was the zusammenräumen the plates collected by a 5m away. The plates and cutlery co clapping together ripped off. The table cloths were only sometimes changed. We stayed two days in a row sat at a table full of stains.
The trip offer promised arrow and Bogenanlage we have found nowhere. For the money you had to pay billiards.
The town of Porto Colom is, however, very nice, there were lots of small restaurants and the most delicious German was also spoken. With the bus one comes into one and a half hour to Palma for 10.65 euro back and forth, a bargain.
In the North you should definitely once ☺
