Good hotel, but the customer service flop! *

The hotel and the service staff was fine, but the total was absolutely unsfreundlich! At our request, the parking lot may be longer than until 10:00 o'clock on the day of departure you to use very rude and told us they have just received guests and we could not park there-Although parking spaces were available-from 10:00 there is no longer a guest. Not even our offer to pay for parking in addition to say you would like. We will never stay there again. We stayed here for the seven times in Italy (caorle, Lignano, jesolo). We had a problem after 10:00 nowhere on the day of arrival the car still stand, or could be used for a small extra charge the rooms even until the afternoon.
In the room we were torn and worn towels-was total absolutely disappointing for three star!
