Very enjoyable stay - good value for money - would stay ther
Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A AAlthough only a 3star hotel it compared favourably with the 4star that we stayed at the previous year for a walking holiday. Meals were buffet style with more than enough choice and very good quality. Staff were very friendly and helpful, as were other guests in the hotel. Good terrace for a cool drink at the end of a day's walking with bar open for after dinner drinks to watch the sun setting from the terrace in the evenings. Room small, but by choice, and the mountian view from the back of the hotel was still amazing. Very convenient for the centre of Wengen, cable car and railway station.
