Hotel Best Tenerife

The location was good, there were lots of nice places to eat and engish bars etc. the only thing what let it down was the walk beach (with golden sand) was a bit of a walk, there was one closer but was full of rocks so much for white sandy beachs!

The staff were amazing :) lovely couldnt fault them. Although there were a minority of staff that were ignorant which was disappointing.
The cleaners were good, always came back to a clean room after a hard day of sun bathing :)
All staff understood english very well and spoke very good english too.

The food was average some of the food was under cooked.
Some dishes they prepared were lovely but not all were to our taste.
Restaurant itself was clean and tidy, again with helpful staff.

Loved the pool and the sunbeds :) the sauna showers were a bit grubby they could of done witha good clean.
The gym there, well you couldnt really call it a gym it was some tred mills and bikes etc. under a shelter.
The beach closest to use was shocking far too rocky, the beach further down near los christianos was lovely nice soft golden sand.
Shopping was okay, all the shops were the same really.
The alcohol + cigarette stores were good for the money.

Size was okay.
Nice bathroom although the hair dryer didnt work very well.
We had air conditioning, TV (news channels being the only english channels), balcony always had sun and table and chairs etc, it did have a safe but were unable to use it, fridge could of been a bit bigger + would of loved if the room had, had a kettle and some coffee haha.
