Nice hotel
Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A ANice hotel, good services. Food variously. Not always warm. Good cleaning. Waiters very nice, good services. Only last day after check out at 12.00 no drinks more avaible unless you pay for it. Nice shopping center, most dutch, german and english people. Pool not always clean, lifequard bad must pay more attention to help the people and not always pay attention to the spanish lady´s. Shows nice in the evening. Will come back.
Location
distance to the beach 450 meters, great shopping, nice excursions to make. Like aquaparks, jungle park, Loro parque. Nice markt in Los Christianos, good to do by walking or taxi.
good services at the restaurants, bars. Lifequard bad, is not doing his job. Cleaning good, Waiters very friendly and try to make your holiday complete. Like we say in Holland, when you act normal you will be treated normal

lunch buffet, to much to write on, diner likewise. 1 restaurant, 2 bars. Food good quality.
Sport & Entertainment
like I wrote, pay more attention at the service at the pool. It is nog nice when you come and people reserve an bed and they don´t show. Take it away. Water quality not always correct, lifequard pay more attention!!! Sunbeds and sunscreen not enough and bad quality. Entertainment play more games at the pool.
Room
size big enough for 3 people, only to little space for the clothes, safe good, minibar promised to be filled but didn´t see anything, would be nice to have an coffeemachine. Condition and cleanliness good. pay attention at the savety
Tips and recommendations
for the hotel, pay attention at the condition of the sunbeds and sunscreens. That must be better. Price okay for what you get. Pay more attention for the service at the lights in the garden, a lot of them are broken. left elevator doesn´t go to the sixts floor
