I do not recommend this hotel!
Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A AI do not recommend this hotel. The food wasnt tasty, every day the same soup (made on stock tube with different nuddles inside). Breakfest. the cheapest ham, one kind of cheese, butter, jam, nutella and thats all, there were no cucumber, no tomatoes to put on the sandwitches!
During our whole stay there was nobody in reception desk, so we couldnt submit our complaint, ask about something. The other staff (i mean the cook and the cleaning ladies they didnt speak english, we had problems to communicate with them even if we wanted to say which position we wanted to eat on dinner)!but the worst was that the last day on our stay the woman (the owner of the hotel) who was first day in reception to check - in us, she lead canvassing on the breakfest cause she wanted encourage quests to buy her products (cosmetics etc.) i ask where did she be during whole stay, when nobody was in the reception? Ahh i almost forget, we had time to check out till 10am but about 8.30/9am the staff always told us (about 5 times) "You should leave ur room. when do u leave ur room? Dont forget to leave keys in reception" It was unkind and in bad tastes.
The only one positive aspect of this hotel its location because Its near ski lifts, restaurants etc.
