15 minutes from the ski slopes
5 minutes from a good small town with all the necesry facilities
10 minutes from the main autobahn/motorway
Beautiful surroundings both for summer and winter.

The staff were extremely friendly and attentive.
Again, here we were a little spoilt as the only guests, nothing was too much for them.
The staff were fluent in at least German and Italian and spoke English well enough to answer any questions that we raised.
They also offered information on places to visit in the local community.

The large restaurant area was closed, however there were two other eating areas and we used both.
The menu was very good and offered a nice variety of local a foreign foods.
Our daughter was staying a local hotel and joined us for one meal, requesting pizza, not on the menu, however the chief quickly rustled up a pizza and satisfied our request in no time.

The room had local television stations with an english news channel.
The swimming pool was a nice size, not too small.
The local town of Sterzing, 5 minutes away, had nightclubs, discos and bars.
The village itself was small and quiet.

The room was a nice size, en-suite with all the expected amenities including a balcony.
The room was clean and tidy, no need for any complaints.

We were informed that we arrived one week before the expected local holiday periods began.
We arrived to ski and the weather was perfect.
We plan to re-visit the area during the summer months and will look to stay in the same hotel.
