Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A AMy girlfriend and I have a 7-days holiday in hotel Jaimie booked with half board in the centre of Granada. We have us already before the trip evaluations read again the food was criticized wherever. Us thought there was nothing more but also, as I am a bit of a type which is not so how 'and' as is already the what it be ' has booked.
We arrived and were allowed to refer only a hour later our room unfortunately, what can occur. A lift was completely out of order and the other was in my opinion very seriously, so we us decided to have used had the last time the elevator.
The carpet in the hallway was filthy and the first impression on a positive and definitely not 3 star worthy in my opinion. In the room it was not very clean also, however, hair or similar were not. The bathroom had in all of the corners small signs of rust and mold and the shower curtain was filthy. The view from the small balcony we had a warehouse and camping on homes. If you're on metal springs in the back on the bed I can also recommend the hotel!
The food was horrible. We came with dinner but what I saw was just disgusting only. The plates, forks, knives were dirty. After a long search we had found a something clean plates. The buffet from left to right: a bowl with white (I don't know what the was) content is about 2 centimeter high where a aqueous layer formed. Chips the maximum two minutes in the slightly yellow were so were, bratwurst in the grey a fat laugh and scrambled eggs the had a blue tinge, and meatballs in a tomato sauce.
I took a plate of fries and a light yellow chest, as well as a few Hackbällschen in tomato sauce.
It was really not enjoyable. The fries tasted so as it looked, the offer was tasty but it still was only half from the pink and tasted just awful only the meatballs. What was also very striking, that actually all tourists (the majority of english, what fed already! what hot) only fruit and dessert. The most went completely at the past!
We had enough and went to eat.
We told us the breakfast is OK if, then we try to half board on bed and breakfast downzugraden. The breakfast was english (which I didn't have any problems! shop) rolls hard, bratwurst gray, eggs, etc. so that was blue with me and my girlfriend the atmosphere at the lowest.
We went to the reception and complained about us and wanted a solution to the food for the problem, but the man was rude or simply only said, that the daily freshly baked rolls are what I meant rather verbacken what?! Well it Wasn anything from a downgrade would be possible and whether there was a clear no!
We contacted us on the tour operator Lowcost holism days, which has made great effort, so that we after two days the hotel of horror could change in a three star hotel but much better!
Conclusion:
The location and the beach are great but the was it then unfortunately already!
Food disgusting, staff was rude and dirty hotel!
I would like to mention here again, the last years that I myself in arenal party made in run down two star hotels but there was the breakfast better. So I am by no means any spoilt tourists must but everything the fit when I booked half board, I would like to at least eat in the morning rolls with which I do not have any Windows can take!
