Tophotel mit viel Charme *

Die geschmackvolle Einrichtung hat uns begeistert, überall gibt es Wandmalereien, die dem Ganzen einen romantischen und typisch toskanischen Touch geben. Alles wirkt neuwertig und gepflegt, keinerlei Abnutzungsspuren zu sehen, das Gleiche gilt auch für die Zimmer, zumindest unseres. Verständlich, wenn sich die Leute über winzige Zimmer ärgern, wir hatte mehr Glück, ca. 2 Wochen vorher haben wir in einer e-mail um ein ruhiges Zimmer mit auseinanderstehenden Betten gebeten, bekamen sofort eine Antwort und Zusage und dann auch ein ganz tolles, geräumiges Zimmer mit ebensolchem Badezimmer. Der Frühstücksraum ist sehr ansprechend und das Frühstück war fantastisch,
noch nie solche Vielfalt und Qualität gehabt in Italien! Alle Bereiche absolut sauber, das Personal insbes. an der Rezeption außerordentlich freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir hatten keine Sprachprobleme, haben aber mitbekommen, dass sehr gute Englisch und -Französischkenntnisse vorhanden waren, 2 der Herren sind Deutsche. Über die gute Lage des Hotels ist ja schon alles gesagt worden. Jederzeit und sofort wieder in dieses Hotel!
Ein kleiner Tip: in der nächsten Gasse schräg gegenüber kann man in einer ganz einfachen Pizzeria (il Pomo d'oro) superleckere, knusprige Pizza zu Niedrigpreisen von 5, 6 Euro essen und Hauswein zu 2,50 das Viertel trinken,
