Unforgetable silver-wedding holidays
Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A ADue to plenty of positive recommendations my wife and I selected this hotel for our silver wedding holidays. We clearly have never been treated as well as in Hotel BonSol! Despite the fact that our wedding did not exactly fall into our vacation days, Mr. Xamena, the owner, insisted on making some arrangements on a key for us and he and his wonderful team made this an unforgetable fantatsic day for us, which in fact let us feel like in heaven, with beautiful low profile special arrangements in the room, during the day and the dinner.
Moreover, even upon checking in, before knowing about our silver wedding, Mr. Xamena himself took plenty of time supporting me with tricky IT matters, linking me up to the Internet.
Although, upon chekcing in due to a misunderstanding the pre-booked special room turned out to be not immediately available, when we notified the reception, Mr. Xamena himself took immediate action, offering for us to move to a wonderful suite without extra costs. However, we meanwhile already felt very comfortable in the room provided and decided to stay there. Therfore, all of a sudden we found a wonderfull flower-bouquet and champaign in our room.
Moreover, during the days, we very much enjoyed the wonderful dinners, kind personal service, the great historical exhibition as well as the beautiful gym and spa area. My wife who was pleased to be able to enjoy Yoga every day, which was hosted by Mrs. Xamena, upon return home found out when reviewing the invoice that all those Yoga hours were provided free of charge as well.
We very much thank Mr. and Mrs. Xamena and their team for these unforgetable days and we certainly plan to be back next year. Despite the fact that we have enjoyed staying in plenty of exclusive 5-star hotels all over the world, we have put the BonSol on top of our list of special and hospitable holiday hotels.
