Antalya Yes, Hotel Bona Dea beach never again! *
Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A AThe hotel is located in the seaside resort of Kemer with direct access to the beach. Unfortunately this was only very small (about 20 times x0m) and for the many guests absolutely crowded. That alone is already enough, but the Mega loud Russian rap and techno checking-in both to the beach, as well as in the direction of the pool was not to bear. The whole area is like a hose laid out, so that one could not escape the noise, there is one in the room. The pool and the area was spotless and smelled unpleasant. On the catalogue pictures you see a adjoining lawn. This is part of the neighboring hotel and is thus not part and false pretences. The pictures in the Catalogue are very advantageous and do not meet the real dimensions. The hotel itself was okay, however one was raised by the staff always in Russian. It was probably, that we were the only German and otherwise only Russians were there. The whole so far, some of the staff at the front desk that didn't speak English and German, but could only speak Russian. The staff was rude, most did not bring about a friendly face, let alone a greeting. The cleaning lady came very infrequent and the results of their efforts was rather poor cleaner. I would have preferred to shower with flip-flops, so as not to have something on your feet. The towels in the bathroom were dirty, when we arrived. The only, the US has made our vacation was pleasant, tours or rental car that we have fled from the hotel. As we talk with our workers on the ground have, gave us the feeling this, moaner and said to be: 'you could always find something, if you are looking for'.
We have never complained and much there, but it was just too much. For a Umcheckung in another hotel we would have had to pay over 600 euro. So are we and other customer want to beware of this hotel.
