Parking is available at the hotel direct (only to the car). Diagonally across the street there was a public parking garage but also. The parking is limited. Cost $15 per night. The hotel looks more like a house than a hotel and not very welcoming. The lobby consists of 4 sofas next to each other. It feels general dull and dark. The staff seemed a bit dull upon check-in. Adjacent to the lobby has a restaurant, where we saw very few people. The elevator only works with the room card of the score. The hallway was very hot and stuffy. There is no pool at the hotel. A safe for room only on request. The lobby has no computer. In the hallway we spotted a ice machine and 2 vending machines.

The hotel is located in the Dundasstreet. It is just a few minutes walk from the Eaton mall and the city center. Nearby there was a Hard Rock Café. The Youngestreet is the longest street in the world with numerous restaurants, cafes and shops. Everything is within walking distance. The CN Tower is also worth seeing. costs $30 per person (to boot). The location of the hotel is great - otherwise well ...

Room cleaning was spotless. The staff seemed rather annoyed and unfriendly.

Our room must have been one of the newly renovated. The room was new and modern facilities. The room was very small and had a strange smell everywhere. But the bathroom was old and the fixtures worn. In the room we had a small flat screen TV and a desk.

Tips and recommendations

I definitely recommend the nice restaurant(Casey's Grill&bar). have delicious sandwiches and burgers with a side dish. The service was great, very nice. The price for that is also fine. The restaurant is located between CN Tower and Union Station.
